The Duties & Responsibilities of the role are as follows:-
- Exceptional customer service
- General Reception duties: welcoming clients, answering calls and taking messages, responding to enquiries
- Processing student enrolments and cancellations
- Data entry/scanning/photocopying
- Provide office administration assistance to the Branch Manager and tutors
- Purchasing supplies ie stationery, course materials, kitchen supplies for the college
- General mail duties
- Some level of retail sales
Your Skills & Experience
- Diploma in Business or Beauty would be highly desirable
- Three (3) years experience in admin, reception or customer service
- Experience selling beauty and salon products
You will also have:
- Excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
- High level organisational skills
- High level communication skills
- A good working knowledge and understanding of computer software systems i.e Word, Excel
- Proactive and resourceful attitude
- A passion for helping others
- Must have permanent residency or a visa that permits full-time work valid for at least 2 years (copies will be requested)
- If you are successful in securing this position you will be required to undergo a police check
