As a Campus Manager, you and your team of Trainers will have the ability to inspire others to pursue and achieve their dreams by offering them quality mentoring through their VET-Fee Help assisted Diploma Level qualifications. You will engage, support and motivate the students to achieve positive Campus and student outcomes.

The primary areas of the role are:

  • Building an effective and successful team
  • Taking responsibility for the progression and students and growth of the branch
  • Team leadership, development, and performance management
  • Support and modelling Evocca's values to staff and students
  • Taking responsibility for team performance
  • Reporting to the State Manager on performance criteria
  • Liaising with Faculty Leaders to ensure compliance and integration of training deliver amongst staff

 

Your Skills & Experience

  • Relevant qualification in Business or Community Services and/or Management (preferred)
  • Relevant qualification in Training and Assessment (i.e. TAE40110)
  • Three or more years relevant RTO industry experience
  • Proven management experience in an operational and registered training organisation
  • Previous personnel/performance management experience
  • High level of organisational awareness
  • Experience and patience dealing with people from a variety of backgrounds and nationalities
  • Permanent residency or a visa that permits full-time work
  • Ability to undergo a police check
