The main objective of the role is to provide a high level of administration support to the Compliance Manager and the Compliance Team.  The role is varied and fast paced so you will need to be dependable, cooperative, have an excellent attention to detail, be able to work within guidelines and follow proven systems and procedures.  Our Compliance department serves both Evocca College and Evocca Workplace Training ensuring both RTOs are compliant with all legislation including ASQA and industry standards.  This includes reviewing and updating policies, procedures, work processes, and any company related document.  This role calls for excellent interpersonal skills, organisational and time management skills, a great team player and employees that can up hold our values.  Our organisational culture is our point of difference from other RTOs and forms the core of Evocca College and Evocca Workplace Training.  We are looking for people who believe and demonstrate our business values of Determination, Passion, Trust, Growth, and Excellence.  

 

The Duties & Responsibilities of the role are as follows:-

  • Maintaining and updating documents relating to policies and procedures
  • Assisting with audits including follow-up and rectifications
  • Checking compliance documents including and not limited to marketing, promotional material, policy, procedure documents, enrolment forms and certificates
  • Coordinating and scheduling of validation including feeback, reports and invoicing
  • General administration duties as required
  • Follow up on staff member requests and forms

Your Skills & Experience

  • Diploma in Business an advantage
  • Three (3) years relevant administration, reception or customer service experience
  • The ability to work unsupervised

You will also have:

  • High level communication skills
  • A good working knowledge and understanding of computer software systems i.e Word, Excel
  • Proactive and resourceful attitude
  • A passion for helping others
  • Permanent residency or a visa that permits full-time work valid for at least 2 years (copies will be requested)
  • Ability to undergo a police check if you are successful in securing the position
