The Duties & Responsibilities of the role are as follows:-

Exceptional customer service
General Reception duties: welcoming clients, answering calls and taking messages, responding to enquiries
Processing student enrolments and cancellations
Data entry/scanning/photocopying
Provide office administration assistance to the Branch Manager and tutors
Purchasing supplies ie stationery, course materials, kitchen supplies for the college
General mail duties

Your Skills & Experience

Diploma in Business will be an advantage
Three (3) years relevant admin, reception or customer service experience

You will also have:

Excellent customer service
Attention to detail
High level of organisational and communication skills
High level communication skills
A good working knowledge and understanding of computer software systems i.e Word, Excel
A proactive and resourceful attitude and a passion for helping others
Permanent residency or a visa that permits full-time work valid for at least 2 years (copies will be requested)
Ability to undergo a police check, if you are successful in securing this position
