Support Worker / Cooking Mentor

Are you passionate about cooking delicious food?
Can you also mentor a young man to expand his cooking skills?
We are currently looking for a support worker who is available Monday afternoons - early evening to assist a young man to plan meals, shop, cook, and host friends for dinner.
Shifts:
- Monday - 12pm - 6.30pm (approximately)
- Additional shifts may become available
This role will suit someone who:
- is a confident and experienced cook
- has a wide repertoire and can cater for omnivores, vegans and more!
- can help mentor around healthy (but yummy) food choices
- can model skills and break down cooking tasks
- is fun, energising and motivating
- cares and wants to make a dierence.
* Training and support provided*
Essential Requirements:
- Previous cooking experience (paid or unpaid)
- Willingness to work collaboratively with the person, his family and other supporters
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- Licence and own vehicle (preferred)
