The People, Leadership and Teams (PLT) division provides several strategic and operational services to the organisation. About your opportunity
We are seeking a Senior People Partner to join the People, Leadership and Teams Division. Reporting to the Head – People and Organisational Development, your role is to:
- Build leadership capability, strengthen team performance and resolve people challenges.
- Advise on employment legislation, Awards, and the Enterprise Agreement.
- Manage Employee Relations/Industrial Relations matters.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen performance, employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, process improvement and change management initiatives.
- Apply workforce analytics and insights to identify priorities and measure impact.
All about you
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor degree (or higher) qualification in Human Resources or related discipline, or substantial relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary people practices, including employment legislation, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Proven experience managing complex Employment Relations/Industrial Relations matters and advising senior leaders across the employee lifecycle.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders on complex people matters.
- Exceptional influencing, consulting and communication skills, with a data‑driven mindset.

- Salary: $103,345 to $121,219 base salary per annum (pro rata for part-time), commensurate with experience, plus 12% superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading.
