With established stores in Milton, Underwood, Newmarket, Chermside, Fortitude Valley, Browns Plains and Mermaid Waters, PLUS 4 stores to open in 2010/2011 - 99 Bikes is leading the way in terms of price, quality and customer service, within the industry.
You'll be responsibile for:
- Coaching and developing team members
- Motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team
- Providing vision and focus for your team
- Managing all aspects of the store's business environment including
- Maintaining customer service quality and standards for the team
- Implementing and adhering to daily, weekly and monthly systems
- Shop and team presentation
- Driving financial results and KPI's
You'll need to bring:
