About the Opportunity
Healthwise Global is currently offering an internship contract through its new Fitness Academy. The Healthwise Fitness Academy is taking on the delivery of Healthwise Global’s products and services to our major corporate clients and we are looking to expand our contractor network through this new internship model.
If you are a motivated individual looking to start a career in the fitness industry through a working internship / study program, then this is the position for you.
Initially the internship will include a major focus on gaining your qualifications and being a part of the Healthwise Fitness Academy mentor program. Through this program you will learn industry best practice training techniques as well as growing your skills in corporate event management.
On completion of the internship you will have:
- A nationally recognized Diploma of Events and Diploma of Fitness along with your Certificate III and IV in Personal Training.
- Received contracted industry employment
- The option to start up your own business with your personally branded online booking system courtesy of Healthwise. This will be free of charge for 6 months to aid you in kick starting your fitness career.
- The opportunity to continue to work with Healthwise Global, dependent on business growth and contractor requirements
- The opportunity to be part of a global company set up for all health and wellness products
- The ability to work with athletes and allied medical health professionals such as doctors and physiotherapists.
- The ability to take on event management roles and positions
- Professional trainer status in Healthwise and be valuable member of our contractor network.
