We’re on an exciting adventure of freedom and discovery and are seeking a dynamic Full Time Kitchen Attendant to join the team. 

As a kitchen attendant, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chefs in ensuring the highest standards of service and cleanliness are maintained in the kitchens.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Ensure a safe and clean work space is maintained
• Ensure the venue is supplied with sanitised, clean and dry operational equipment
• Correctly handle chemicals and equipment as per manufacturer’s instructions
• Operate dishwashing equipment
• Deep clean kitchens
• Store equipment, crockery, cutlery and glassware hygienically and safety

What we’re looking for: 

• Proven experience in a similar, high volume venue
• Full availability to work a rotating roster including, weekends, AM & PM shifts
• Work collaboratively with others
• Strong desire to pursue a career in this industry
