Responsibilities include:

• Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve
• Lead and coach a diverse team of people ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything that you do
• Visibly active on the floor, leading by example and supporting Food and Beverage Supervisors/Attendants to be the best they can be
• Identifying and reporting safety hazards, incidents and near misses
• Be a brand ambassador by demonstrating genuine passion for the business and brand
• Assisting the guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate
• Monitoring of wages, comps & wastages
• Liaising with other departments on a regular basis
• A high knowledge of the product produced in venue
• Ensure a strong connection to the brewery, the story of our beers and other hospitality operations

About you:

• You will have experience in a similar role
• Ability to manage conflict
• Previous experience managing a team, creating rosters, and making sure team members clock in and out
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts
• Be a positive and collaborate team player
• Hold a valid Queensland RSA
