Perched on the sparkling shores of Manly Cove, Felons Seafood is a cocktail bar and dining room serving up precise Australian caught seafood with a laidback surf-village spirit. Once an old-school fish and chip shop, today we pay homage to its heritage with a menu that celebrates our coastal provenance – serving locally grown produce and the finest flavours caught by Australia’s best fishermen.

We are currently recruiting for Pizza Chef’s to join our busy diverse team at Felons Seafood. We are open to pizza chefs who are available for casual, part-time or full-time work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Head Pizza Chef with the overall operation of the kitchen and preparation of pizzas.
• Prepare and cook pizzas using house recipes, ensuring quality, consistency, and proper cooking techniques.
• Make fresh dough and prep ingredients daily.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all work areas and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist with restocking and proper storage.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Ensure presentation and taste quality, adjusting recipes or preparation as needed to meet standards.

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Experience with woodfire oven and hand stretching pizza dough
• Strong communication skills
