Key responsibilities include:

• Greet every guest with genuine warmth, personality & professionalism.
• Deliver exceptional, efficient, and friendly service across all areas of the venue.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of all of our food and beverage offerings to confidently make recommendations.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables, ensuring all service areas remain clean, tidy & well presented.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism, escalating to a manager when required.
• Adhere to RSA & and food safety compliance standards at all times.
• Contribute to a positive team culture, supporting colleagues during peak periods and ensuring guest satisfaction remains the top priority.

What we’re looking for:

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday availability is essential for this position 
• Experience in high volume and fast-paced venues is desirable
• Knowledge of the venue and our offerings/activations
• Ability to work close shifts (1am finishes). 
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, as full training will be provided.
• Be a positive and collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
• Hold a valid Queensland RSA.
