Digital Marketing all rounder

An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic marketing all-rounder, with a passion for digital. In this role, you will have sole responsibility for all websites, social media channels and activities, while growing existing channels for a nationwide medical practice group. This is chance to you to show off all your marketing and digital skills and pursue your passion.

You will work directly with the CEO and the Operations Team to manage all the marketing channels for the group. This is a new position is based in Hawthorn and available for an immediate start.
 
Key responsibilities
Your main duties and responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:

  • Updating and managing the WordPress websites using Elementor and other tools, including new content as required, addressing performance issues, updating doctor/staff/other details, updating practice changes, etc.
  • Developing and managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram)
  • Developing, maintaining and optimising paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Develop a digital marketing campaign to develop the medical practices and improve patient engagement.
  • Assist with marketing for recruitment of doctors and staff for practices.
  • Promote the practices to nearby business and government employees and staff for employment medicals, preventative health measures and general medical services.
  • Develop advertising and other promotional material to highlight practices location and services to the local community
  • Identify opportunities for further digital marketing development and promotion.
  • Develop, monitor and report on campaign performance including analytics, ROI, recommending and implementing changes based on data-driven insights.
  • Create email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain patient relationships to encourage patient engagement and re- presentation.
  • Other responsibilities and special projects that may be required from time to time.


Qualifications           

  • Diploma or higher in Digital Marketing

Experience and Knowledge

  • Experience in improving digital presence including wordpress website content administration, email campaigns and surveys
  • Experience with advanced skills in Elementor for page designs.
  • Advanced communication skills both verbal and written.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Able to hit-the-ground-running.
  • Experience working with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Immaculate personal presentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Organisational and time management skills are a must.
  • Highly energetic, results driven, and a strategic thinker who loves to solve problems.
  • Ability to devise and review systems for operational efficiency and control.
  • Working effectively under pressure.
