We are searching for an experienced medical recruitment consultant who can hit the ground running as part of a high performing medical centre group. This is not a position within a recruitment company, but working directly within a medical centre group as the end user!
Family Doctor currently operates in 60 locations around Australia, and is growing rapidly and planning to add another 20 locations this year alone! As such, we require an experienced recruitment consultant for GP's, as well as for specialists and allied health practitioners to join our centres.
Who are we looking for? Someone with:
- Proven medical recruitment experience - open on sector/ compliant based recruitment
- Healthcare knowledge and experience a huge plus
- Be self-motivated and have the ability and level of accountability to manage own high workload
- Medical/immigration knowledge essential
- Experience with DPA/DWS applications, PEP/FSP/RVTS and other programs for GP recruitment.
- Experience of the full recruitment cycle
