Our Tours Department is thriving, and we are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Coxswain, to join our passionate team.

Position Overview:
As a Coxswain, you will be working with our activities team conducting glass bottom boat tours. The role requires availability to work regular weekends and public holidays. As this is a casual role, the roster may vary depending on operational requirements and seasonal demands.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have;- Experience working in a customer focused environment.
- Current First Aid, CPR & Oxygen Therapy Provider Certificates are essential to the role.
- Coxswain Certification and experience.
- Conducting glass bottom boat tours, providing informative and entertaining interpretive commentaries.
- Deliver consistently high-quality customer experiences, ensuring adherence to all relevant industry and company standards.
- Delivering safety briefs to ensuring the safety of all participants and the local environment.
- General administration.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene of all equipment and associated areas.
- Assist the other areas and teams where needed.
Desirable Skills: Coxswain Equipment maintenance.
Mandatory:
- Working with children Blue Card.
- Current Coxswain Certificate.
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR, AFR highly regarded.
