Job Opportunity:

Join Flagstaff`s team as a Marketing Specialist and play a crucial role in our mission to support individuals with disability. Work closely with the Executive Manager of Strategy and Growth to contribute to Flagstaff's marketing strategy, client attraction, customer service, and brand awareness.

  • Lead and deliver innovative marketing campaigns that drive growth across NDIS services.
  • Gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, brand management, events, public relations, and lead generation.
  • Build strong community partnerships and contribute to increasing awareness of inclusive employment and disability services.
  • Be part of a collaborative workplace where your ideas and creativity are valued.
  • Help strengthen a well-established brand while contributing to meaningful organizational outcomes. 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a proactive and creative marketing professional who is passionate about making a positive impact. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing innovative ideas, strong communication skills, and a results-driven approach.

  • Passionate about creating positive community impact and supporting people with disability.
  • Degree-qualified in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experienced in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Skilled in digital advertising platforms including Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, email marketing, social media, and lead generation strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating engaging marketing content.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused, relationship-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new systems, technologies, and marketing trends.
  • Knowledge of NDIS supports is highly desirable.
  • Holds or is willing to obtain the required compliance checks, including NDIS Worker Clearance, Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
