Hourly Rate: $32.13 per hour + Leading Hand Allowance: $1.33 per hour + 12% Employer Superannuation

The Flagstaff Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our Flagstaff Group Services team in South Nowra.

As the Production Supervisor, you will supervise the daily operations of Flagstaff Group Services at our South Nowra site, ensuring production, quality and customer service outcomes are achieved while creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability.

You will supervise a diverse workforce delivering a range of commercial services, coordinate workflow, allocate resources, monitor productivity and maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace.

Reporting to the Production Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational skills, people leadership capability and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production and service delivery operations.

  • Supervise, coach and support employees, including supported employees, to achieve quality and productivity outcomes.

  • Coordinate work across Flagstaff Group Services activities,

  • Plan workloads, allocate resources and ensure customer orders are completed on time.

  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety and customer service.

  • Promote and maintain a strong Workplace Health and Safety culture.

  • Provide training, guidance and ongoing support to team members.

  • Monitor productivity, workflow and operational performance.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiencies.

  • Maintain accurate production records, reports and documentation.

  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Support inventory management, equipment maintenance and workplace housekeeping.

  • Promote Flagstaff’s values of Support, Lead, Include and Celebrate.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse or operations supervisory role.

  • Demonstrated experience leading and supporting teams.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build positive relationships with employees, customers and stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

  • A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

  • Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.

  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

  • Current Australian Driver License.

Experience working with people with disability, supported employment or community-based services will be highly regarded.
