The Opportunity 

We are seeking a personable and highly organised Administration Support Officer to join Part-time (5.5hrs per day) in our team in South Nowra. In this role you will be able to apply your skills and experience to effectively and efficiency provide administrative support to Flagstaff business divisions. In this role you are responsible for responding to and initiating daily client and supplier interaction, processing invoices, allocation of equipment, resources and scheduling, issuing payments and providing general accounts support. 

The Ideal Candidate

  • You will have strong communication skills with a range of stakeholders.
  • You will have to be able to maintain documentation in a timely and accurate manner whilst ensuring a high level of accuracy in all record keeping and/or data entry.
  • You will possess effective administrative and customer support experience. 
  • You will ensure all deliveries and collections are coordinated to meet customer needs. 
  • You will be able to create and maintain accurate, up-to-date vendor and customer records.
  • You will need knowledge and experience in accounts payable and receivable functions within a Finance Management System. 
  • You will need a Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Note:

An informal function of the role will be building and maintaining a relationship with our supported employees who are living with a disability and assisting in maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
