The Opportunity
As Production Manager you’ll be responsible to manage daily operations, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives at our production site located in Unanderra.
Reporting to the Laundry Services Manager you will be leading a team of supported employees and staff including Production Supervisors, Delivery assistants and Production assistants to deliver top-quality laundry services to our clients based across various industries such as aged care and medical industry, hospitality and accommodation.

The Ideal Candidate would possess:
- A proven track record of managing teams in a production environment and driving continuous improvement initiatives and collaboration.
- A results-oriented outlook, with a focus on achieving and exceeding production targets.
- Proven experience in operational/production setting. Laundry experience is preferred but not essential.
- The ability to coordinate production workflow for multiple items and client locations
- A strong understanding of WHS processing and ensuring safe operating procedure of tools and machinery in the production line
- MR license although not required, is desirable
- Capacity to work weekends (Saturday) and Public Holidays as required.
- Or be willing to obtain National Police Clearance Check, NDIS check, WWC Check & First-Aid certification, forklift ticket

- Annual salary between $71k - $75k based on skills and experience
- First-Aid Allowance - $20.96 per week
