- Print Experience: Experience with print equipment like guillotines, booklet makers, and cellar glazers (ideal, but not essential)

A Typical Day Involves:
As Production Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, guiding and supporting a talented team, ensuring quality production, and driving results. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:
- Arranging/Prioritizing Work: Take charge of organizing tasks for the Hand Assembly team to ensure everything runs smoothly
- WIP Monitoring: Manage Work in Progress (WIP), staying on top of jobs and liaising with the production team
- WIP Prep & Mail Jobs: Oversee preparations for mail jobs, ensuring everything is on track and deadlines are met
- Daily WIP Meeting: Lead the daily WIP meeting, set priorities, and solve problems together with the team
- Quality Control: Ensure the finished work meets our high standards and exceeds expectations
- Logistics Coordination: Manage truck orders, mail tags, and help with finishing tasks as needed
- Dispatch Coordination: Collaborate with the Dispatch Officer to ensure all urgent deliveries go out on time
- Mail Jobs for AusPost: Oversee large mail-outs and ensure they’re completed efficiently for Australia Post
- Manage Outstanding Jobs: Prioritize and track jobs, working closely with dispatch to meet deadlines
- Prepare for the Next Day: Plan for tomorrow’s tasks to keep things moving smoothly
- Additional Tasks: Lead team training, work with systems, and motivate your team to maintain a positive, high-performing culture
