-The Flagstaff Group is a disability enterprise with over 55 years of experience in providing life skills and employment for people with disabilities. We operate various social enterprises and are a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider.

Funded by the Federal Government and powered by the passionate team at Flagstaff, we’re on a mission to unlock employment potential for people with disability. Through hands-on work experiences, confidence-boosting training, virtual simulations, and real-world job trials- all rolled into one awesome project!

Your Mission:

In this fixed term role as our Marketing Specialist, you’ll work side-by-side with our Executive Manager Strategy & Growth to not only market the magic — you’ll help build it.

Some of the cool stuff you’ll get to do:

• Develop engaging content (think: websites, apps, podcasts & videos)
• Build online learning modules and support two brand-new apps — bonus points if you have a creative knack for front-end app design and user interface!
• Host events, speak on podcasts, and showcase success stories
• Implement strategy, drive action plans & make sure the message lands
• Connect with employers to show them the value of inclusive hiring
• Tackle everything from digital campaigns to traditional media
• Write, create, speak, inspire — and maybe become a disability employment superstar

You Might Be the Perfect Fit If You:

• Have a background in DES, HR or Marketing
• Are passionate about job matching, accessibility, and inclusion
• Are a whiz at juggling multiple projects (event planning, content writing & budgeting!)
• Have a creative eye for user experience and front-end design
• Believe in the power of people and want to help others thrive
• Can work your way around a website, manage reporting, and still find time to be creative
• Know that changing lives can be done with heart, humor, and a killer Canva file

• Annual salary will depend on experience in a range of $70,000-$83,000
• 1-year fixed term contract, with possibility of extension.
