Your Role:

As our Customer Service Officer, you’ll be essential in ensuring high standards of service across all customer interactions. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Enquiries: Respond to calls, emails and online requests professionally and efficiently
  • Client Engagement: Follow up on quotes, resolve issues and promote new services
  • CRM & Records Management: Update customer records and track interactions, compliments, and complaints
  • System Use: Confidently use internal software and reporting tools to support business functions
  • Support the Team: Assist with print production and administration tasks as required
  • Process Improvement: Proactively contribute to improving processes and workflows
  • Confidentiality & Care: Handle all information with the highest level of discretion and security
  • WHS Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, wear PPE as required, and report any hazards immediately
