About the Role

The Flagstaff Group is looking for a Program Support Officer to join our My Life program. It’s a fun, empowering environment where friendships are made, skills are developed, and every day offers something new. MyLife events run all year round and you’ll be helping to keep it all running smoothly behind the scenes.

You will work closely with our Community & Innovation Partner to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This rewarding role combines administrative support with community-focused coordination, helping to deliver a wide range of engaging activities for participants.

You’ll be the go-to for phone and email enquiries, scheduling participant attendance, and maintaining accurate data and records, so attention to detail and a warm, professional communication style are a must.

  • Location: Port Kembla, NSW
  • Division: The Flagstaff Group – Life Choices
  • Employment Type: Part-Time – 10 hrs per week (Monday and Friday)
  • Hourly Rate: between $26.30-$28.12

About You

  • Passionate about supporting people with disability
  • A natural communicator - warm, respectful, and inclusive with all kinds of people
  • Super organised – you love lists, schedules, and keeping things on track
  • Has a keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable with computers and confident in data entry
  • Someone who works well independently and takes initiative
  • Familiar with (or curious about) the NDIS and how it supports people
