What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an organized, tech-literate and proactive individual who’s confident coordinating complex tasks across web, print and data platforms. You will thrive in this role if you:
- Strong technical skills in web development, data manipulation, data merge and document composition.
- Are familiar with web development tools such as HTML, CSS and basic scripting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with XMPIE or similar web-to-print platforms.
- Experience with variable data manipulation using Microsoft Excel or Access.
- Can manage print production schedules and digital workflows to meet deadlines and quality targets
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to production workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a process improvement mindset
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively across teams
- Understand the importance of confidentiality, security, and inclusive service delivery
Your Role:
As our Data & Application Support Specialist, you’ll play a central role in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality outputs for clients and internal teams. Your key responsibilities include:
- Production Coordination: Plan and manage daily schedules for printing, mail, and web-based services
- Web & Data Services: Upload, format, and manage content using XMPIE, Microsoft Office, and design tools
- Data & Document Composition: Perform mail merges and ensure integrity of variable data printing
- Systems Operation: Operate and maintain production printers, mailing software, and workflow tools
- Process & Quality Improvement: Identify automation opportunities and document standard procedures
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure expectations are met
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain WHS standards and ensure data security in all operations
