About Our Business Divisions

Flagstaff proudly operates four dynamic business divisions, each contributing to meaningful employment and community impact:

  • Laundry Services: Providing high-quality commercial laundry to hospitality, healthcare, and accommodation sectors.
  • Print, Mail & Digital: Offering a full range of professional print, mail, and digital marketing solutions- from design and production to distribution.
  • Paper to Paper Recycling: Delivering secure document destruction and sustainable recycling services that support a cleaner environment.
  • Grounds & Property Maintenance: Maintaining safe, functional, and visually appealing outdoor spaces for local businesses, and community partners.

 The Opportunity 

In this full-time role, you’ll gain unique exposure across all four Flagstaff business divisions, supporting production, logistics, and customer delivery services across the Illawarra and Sydney regions. Your Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Assist with production and delivery tasks across Laundry, Print Mail & Digital, Paper to Paper Recycling, and Grounds & Property Maintenance divisions.
  • Load, deliver, and collect goods and materials across multiple sites and customer locations.
  • Operate industrial equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Support and mentor employees with disability in a respectful and inclusive way.
  • Work flexibly with varying start times between 6:00am and 09:30am, including occasional Saturday or Public Holiday shifts.

About You

You’re a hands-on team player who takes pride in doing quality work and supporting others. You enjoy variety, teamwork, and being part of an organisation that makes a real difference. To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

  • A current full Australian Driver’s Licence
  • MR licence
  • Experience in production, delivery, or logistics.
  • The physical capacity and attention to detail required for a busy operational role.
  • Strong time management, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
  • Compassion and a positive attitude toward supporting people with disabilities.
  • NDIS Worker Check, Police Clearance, WWCC, and First Aid Certification (Or be willing to obtain)
