The Opportunity
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact? We’re looking for a Production and Delivery Assistant to join our dynamic team! You may be assigned to work across any of our four business divisions offering variety, hands-on work and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful employment outcomes for people with disability;
- Flagstaff Laundry - Delivering high-volume commercial laundry services to the hospitality, healthcare and accommodation sectors.
- Grounds & Property Services - Providing professional grounds maintenance and property services across commercial and community sites.
- Print, Mail & Digital- Offering end-to-end print production, bulk mail, warehousing and digital service solutions.
- Paper to Paper Recycling- Delivering secure document destruction and large-scale paper, cardboard and recycling collection services across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven.
Across all divisions, Production & Delivery Assistants are responsible for:
- Completing production and service delivery tasks safely, efficiently and to quality standards
- Operating equipment and tools relevant to the assigned division
- Following workplace procedures, safety guidelines and infection control requirements where applicable
- Meeting daily production targets and timeframes
- Maintaining accurate documentation and job records
- Engaging professionally with customers and supporting a positive team environment
The Ideal Candidate would posses:
- A current Driver’s License, and the ability to produce a driving record that demonstrates a safe driving history
- A proven experience working in a field that reflects production, processing, delivery and pick up
- A proven ability to undertake the physical requirements and expectations of the role
- The ability to operate independently, efficiently and professionally with limited supervision
- Capacity to work weekends (Saturday) and Public Holidays as required.
- Compassion and commitment to providing respectful and effective mentorship to our supported employees.
- Demonstrated experience in ability to plan, organize and prioritize work, in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands.
- Or willing to obtain National Police Clearance Check, NDIS check , WWCC & First-Aid certification.

- Heavy Vehicle Allowance - $57.50 per week & First-Aid Allowance - $20.96 per week
- Hourly rate at Grade 5 , SES Award- $28.06 per hour
