The Opportunity
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact? We’re looking for a Full-time Production & Delivery Assistants to join our Laundry team in the Illawarra .
At the Flagstaff Laundry division, we operate commercial laundry servicing the hospitality, accommodation, aged care and medical industry. Come be part of a team that supports meaningful employment, skills development, training and education for people with a disability who help operate the laundry. The role would require you to:
- Be flexible with start and finish times ranging between 6:00am to 8:00am
- Maintain required documentation.
- Efficiently operate industrial laundry equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens
- Adhere to strict infection control procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Collecting dirty linen and distributing clean laundry to various client locations in a timely manner
- Engage with customers offsite
The Ideal Candidate would posses:
- A current Driver’s License, and the ability to produce a driving record that demonstrates a safe driving history
- A proven experience working in a field that reflects production, processing, delivery and pick up
- A proven ability to undertake the physical requirements and expectations of the role
- The ability to operate independently, efficiently and professionally with limited supervision
- Capacity to work weekends (Saturday) and Public Holidays as required.
- Compassion and commitment to providing respectful and effective mentorship to our supported employees.
- Demonstrated experience in ability to plan, organize and prioritize work, in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands.
- Or willing to obtain National Police Clearance Check, NDIS check , WWCC & First-Aid certification.

- Heavy Vehicle Allowance - $57.76 per week & First-Aid Allowance - $21.69 per week
- Hourly rate at Grade 5 , SES Award- $29.06 per hour
