What Will My Role Entail?
As Service Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting NDIS service teams to deliver high-quality, person-centered outcomes for participants. Working closely with internal teams, participants, families and stakeholders, you will drive service excellence, workforce performance and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements and organizational objectives.
- Leading and supporting NDIS service teams to achieve positive participant outcomes
- Driving service quality, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder and community relationships
- Overseeing rostering, workforce performance and operational service delivery
- Interpreting NDIS plans and supporting participants to achieve their goals
- Coaching, mentoring and developing Team Leaders and frontline staff
- Identifying opportunities for service innovation, growth and operational improvements
- Ensuring services are delivered in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements
About You
You are a confident and capable leader with a passion for supporting people with disability to achieve meaningful outcomes. Whether your background is in disability services, community services, education, employment services or a related field, you bring strong leadership, excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered supports. What matters most is your ability to lead, inspire and support learning
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Disability, Training & Assessment or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Sound knowledge of the NDIS and Quality & Safeguards framework
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High-level administrative and digital literacy skills, including Microsoft Office
- The ability to build positive relationships with participants, families, staff and external stakeholders
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement and service excellence
- Current NSW Driver License
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Senior First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
