Redeployment Registration - NEW SOUTH WALES

Job No: GENU1966
Location: NEW SOUTH WALES

REDEPLOYMENT REGISTRATION – NEW SOUTH WALES

As Matchworks prepare to transition into the new Workforce Australia model commencing in July 2022, we intend to retain as many as our valued people as we can. With this in mind, redeployment will play an integral part in the ability for Matchworks to offer suitable opportunities for staff who may be affected by this transition. As we move through the transition, we envision that all roles across Matchworks will required a redeployment check and then internal advertising before they can be moved to the external market with priority given, where possible, to staff whose roles have been affected.

Please note - this process may be different in areas that have been unaffected or have seen growth and new business awarded.

We invite you to register your interest in redeployment for New South Wales via the registration form below. In order to ensure that we capture all the information, you will be asked to provide the following -

  • Your current substantive role and whether you are on secondment to another position
  • Your current base site
  • Your current engagement type (i.e. permanent, fixed-term or casual)
  • Regions you are open to working in
  • Roles you are interested in applying for
  • A current copy of your resume
  • Your vaccination status and confirmation that you have completed your NDIS check

Redeployment will only be available to affected staff at their current level. All applications for roles at higher level will need to be through a competitive recruitment process.

Should you wish to discuss anything in relation to your career and redeployment with us here at Matchworks, please do not hesitate to contact People and Culture via PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL
