About the Role
We are seeking a self-driven and ambitious individual who can apply their high-level customer service and client and customer engagement skills across the region to contribute to generating opportunities for our jobseekers.
Based at our Broadmeadows site, this is an exceptionally rewarding position where no two days will be the same. This position has a significant focus on building and maintaining relationships with local employers to raise the profile of Matchworks and our services. Day-to-day, the position will require you to -
- Engage with local employers to create employment opportunities for our candidates through various marketing activities such as face-to-face marketing of job ready candidates
- Identify and attend local networking opportunities and events
- Work with employment consultants within the team to present candidates for generated vacancies with employers
This position is suited to a go-getter who with highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills and demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail and an ability to engage and influence. Skills and interest in marketing, sales or recruitment would also be highly advantageous.
