Are you an administration superstar? genU are looking for an experienced administrator to join our longstanding, purpose-driven, and values-based organisation to make a real different in people's lives!
The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide high level, confidential administrative and project support to the Shared & Respite Living senior management team.
You will work collaboratively with stakeholders with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement. General tasks may include, but not be limited to;
- Receive and distribute correspondence and communications
- Preparation and filing of documents, presentations and reports
- Data base management
- Purchasing equipment and coding accounts
- Coordinate meetings, events and travel for management staff
- Preparation and distribution of agendas and minutes
This is a Part-Time, Ongoing position (0.7FTE), located in Northcote
About You?
Our ideal Administrative Assistant will be able to demonstrate:
- Broad experience in a personal assistant / administrative support role
- Strong administrative skills including proficency in all MS Office programs
- High level of confidentiality and sensitivity regarding all matters
- Ability to work unsupervised on various projects
- Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a collaborative team
You will also meet the following essential requirements:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain;
