As a Supervisor at Business Enterprises you will support people with a disability to learn new skills, develop confidence and flourish in a supportive workplace. Being a Supervisor is a hands on role and is responsible for the work for valued customers while overseeing supported employees as they carry out this work.

genU are seeking a Supervisor to join our Business Solutions team. Business Solutions looks after a variety of different contracts including Warehousing, packaging, mail out and printing.

About You

To be successful in this role it is a requirement that you hold

  • A Relevant industry qualification in production/warehousing and/or experience;
  • Forklift License;
  • Current drivers license;
  • Willingness to work alongside people of all abilities;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Must have or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
