The Executive Support Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Operating Officer and the Directors within genU's Community, Residential & Pathways division. You will be responsible for a range of executive support and administration tasks, event coordination and project delivery support.
Key tasks include, but are not limited to;
- Diary and email management support to the COO and Directors;
- Meeting preparation including booking rooms, coordinating diaries;
- Minuting of team meetings and ownership of follow up on actions;
- Coordination of conferences, events and celebrations – attendance, bookings, logistics;
- Travel support as required;
- Range of ad hoc admin and project support as required, such as:
- Coordination of commercial contracts for review and approval
- Invoice management
- Coordination and oversight of compliance audit preparation
This is a full-time, ongoing position based at the genU Support Hub in Geelong. Flexible work arrangements available.
Competitive salary on offer, commensurate with experience.
About You?
Our ideal Executive Support Officer will demonstrate the following;
- Strong administration and/or project management experience;
- Experience working in a complex and fast-paced environment;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when exposed to sensitive information;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships;
- High level initiative and self-motivation - the ability to work autonomously and make decisions as required;
- Strong attention to detail, time-management and organisation skills;
- A genuine desire to learn and grow within their role;
- Proficient user of technology including the Microsoft Office Suite.
You will also meet the below essential requirements:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain;
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain;
- Desirable - Tertiary / Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field.
