About the role
As a Health Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and administration of our healthcare services at Fulham Correctional Centre. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the smooth delivery of patient care, manage budgets, and implement quality improvement initiatives. Your strong leadership skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment will be essential in driving the success of our centre.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic planning, develop policies and procedures, and lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in healthcare management. The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of successful leadership in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement methodologies
- Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse
