Salary Range of $110k to $114k Base (dependent on experience, skills and capabilities) plus 11% Superannuation + Smart Salary Packaging Benefit

The Opportunity: 

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to be responsible for delivery of large and complex projects within The George Institute. 

 

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Coordinate and monitor the project by developing, testing, refining and evaluating new clinical practice guidelines and management pathways for splenic injury in youth
  • Coordinate and engage in matters related to project governance and management meetings
  • Regular reporting on project tracking and status
  • Oversee development and submission of ethics applications

 

Our Successful Candidate  

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related science or health care discipline
  • At least 5+ years experience in project management working on clinical trials within an academic, CRO or pharmaceutical environment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment and autonomously
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve effectively
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail
