Pro-Rata Salary Range of $60,000 to $67,000 Base (dependent on experience, skills and capabilities) plus 11% Superannuation + Smart Salary Packaging Benefit.
 

The Opportunity: 

We are looking for a Program Coordinator responsible for coordinating one of TGI’s Global Research Training initiatives with an international partner.  This is a 4-6 month long initiative where we are delivering two of TGI’s flagship courses for a group of international guests.  

We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills, problem solving and communication skills.  Our successful candidate will have an ability to multitask whilst supporting multiple projects.

 

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • End to end coordination and onsite management with our second affiliated hospital Zhejiang University
  • Advanced administrative support for the coordination of the SAHZU-TGI research training courses
  • Preparing and maintaining templates, course program guides, learning materials, beautifying slides and other documentation
  • Building strong professional relationships with stakeholders across TGI and the Hospital Zhejiang University
  • Coordinating and attending required meetings with TGI Faculty
  • Collaborating and coordinating the Global Research Training Lead
  • Preparing and developing slides, session plans and various group sessions
  • Managing logistics including venue coordination and materials

 

Our Successful Candidate:

  • Experience in administrative support and / or project coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, Powerpoint, Excel and Word and other such platforms as Zoom  
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work independently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with academic and senior stakeholders
  • The ability to work well within a team and as well as autonomously
  • Availability to be on-site at the Sydney CBD venue at least 3 days per week
