Manager Infrastructue Delivery

We're looking for a capable and practical infrastructure leader who enjoys delivering results through people, projects and partnerships.

You will bring:

• Extensive experience in civil infrastructure, road construction, maintenance or related engineering environments
• Proven success leading infrastructure projects, capital works programs and operational teams
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and support high-performing teams
• Experience managing contractors, budgets, procurement and project delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
• Sound judgement, problem-solving ability and a practical approach to achieving outcomes
• A current Class C Driver Licence

Desirable

• Qualifications in Civil Engineering or equivalent industry experience
• Experience in local government, regional infrastructure or public sector environments.
• Knowledge of NSW local government legislation, procurement and contract management requirements.
• Experience with asset management, GIS, project management or corporate reporting systems.
