About the Role
As Executive Assistant to the General Manager and Mayor, you’ll be at the centre of Council’s executive operations. You’ll provide high‑level administrative, governance and coordination support that keeps our leadership team informed, organised and able to deliver for the community.
From managing complex schedules to preparing polished documentation and supporting Council’s meeting processes, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the organisational anchor for the General Manager, Mayor and Councillors—keeping schedules running smoothly, communications clear, and governance processes on track. Your work will shape how Council operates day‑to‑day.
