Our GO1 Customer Success Managers act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied.
The purpose of the role is to develop long-term relationships with a growing portfolio of clients, connecting with key business stakeholders and championing GO1 products and services within them.
As our new Customer Success Manager, you will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and services according to customer needs and use cases.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Customer Success role
