This is a fantastic opportunity to join the growing Customer Success team and work with HR departments across the country to solve their training needs.
You will be training businesses on the GO1 product, develop long-term relationships and learn their pain points and help them resolve them.
As our new Customer Success Manager, you will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and services according to customer needs and use cases.
Experience within the training industry, SaaS or looking after business customers is not required, but it may be helpful.
Most importantly, you are customer-focused, have incredibly strong attention to detail and can find solutions that work for both GO1 and our business customers.
You have at least 4 years of experience working in Customer Success, Account Management or Learning & Development
