This is a unique opportunity to join our growing Sales team and sell our solution for HR departments across the country to solve their training needs.
As our new Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from the initial call to the close.
You have at least 2 years of experience working in Sales and a completed Bachelor degree in a related field
You have valuable experience working in B2B Sales and technology or eLearning Sales
You have sound technical knowledge and you get excited about discussing our training solutions with C-level management
- Utilise calls to qualify potential opportunities and schedule consultations with the new lead and yourself
- Use the scheduled consultations to engage with new leads and understand their Business needs in detail
- Provide software demonstrations online, prepare tailored solutions and close sale
- After the closed sale, you hand over the new customer to our Customer Success team for a smooth transition
