This is a unique opportunity to join the growing Customer Success team and work with HR departments of large enterprises across the country to solve their training needs.
You will be training businesses on the GO1 product, create unique product solutions and develop long-term relationships.
As our new Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and services according to customer needs and use cases.
Experience within the training industry, SaaS or looking after business customers is not required, but may be helpful.
Most importantly, you are customer-focused, have an incredibly strong attention to detail and can find solutions that work for both GO1 and our business customers.
You have at least 4 years of experience working in Customer Success, Account Management or Learning & Development, looking after Enterprise and core customers
