Expression of interest - HPS Store Manager - Sunshine

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Store Manager in our Sunshine store. This position will provide you with the opportunity to further development your management skills as you lead a small team delivering  quality customer service while continuing to build on strong relationships with existing and new customers.  This position reports to the Metro State Sales Manager - Victoria,  and is offered on a full time basis working shifts across a six-day roster.   

Superior strengths in customer service, management and administration are core attributes for this role.

Key elements of the position include:

 Position duties involve:

  • Managing a small sales team
  • Maintaining a safe environment for Haymes employees and customers
  • Advising customers in store and by phone on Haymes products and accessories
  • Co-ordinating timely and accurate preparation of paint orders for trade & retail customers
  • Building strong relationships with trade and retail customers in store
  • Assisting the RBMs in generating new business in the surrounding location
  • Maintaining good stock controls
  • Co-ordinating local deliveries to trade customers
  • Assist in the planning, merchandising and marketing of store promotions
  • Co-ordinating in-store displays and store presentation
  • Submitting regular reports to the Stores Development Team as required
