We have two exciting opportunities for Retail Assistants to join our QVB team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 38 hours per week. We are seeking individuals with ample retail experience, exceptional customer service skills, and a genuine passion for all things chocolate!

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Passion for achieving exceptional customer service
  • Leading by example, always displaying the company values
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all team members and customers
  • Cash/EFTPOS transactions, filling shelves, bagging products, cleaning and stock take
  • High quality food handling including the upholding of hygiene principles
  • Merchandising and stock replenishment
  • Assisting with the training and development of team members

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in retail or a customer service environment
  • Expertise in product knowledge or willingness to gain
  • Opening and closing experience or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
