Key responsibilities include:
- Passion for achieving exceptional customer service
- Leading by example, always displaying the company values
- Ensure a safe working environment for all team members and customers
- Cash/EFTPOS transactions, filling shelves, bagging products, cleaning and stock take
- High quality food handling including the upholding of hygiene principles
- Merchandising and stock replenishment
- Assisting with the training and development of team members
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in retail or a customer service environment
- Expertise in product knowledge or willingness to gain
- Opening and closing experience or willingness to learn
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
