Bush Heritage Australia are seeking a Head of IT, Data and Digital to join the Corporate Services team.

About the role
The Head of IT, Data & Digital leads a small team to define and deliver the IT and Data & Digital strategies to support Bush Heritage Australia’s 2030 Strategy aspirations and beyond. The IT, Data & Digital team is responsible for infrastructure, data management, security, systems architecture, communications and development and support.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Corporate Services & Chief Finance Officer, the Head of IT, Data & Digital will lead relevant strategy and planning processes across Bush Heritage Australia and innovation initiatives, including data intelligence and analysis and applications of AI.

What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years’ experience in IT leadership, senior digital or technology leadership roles.

Breadth of experience across multiple technical domains, enterprise architecture, security, technology consulting, large-scale program delivery or change and transition management.

Proven track record in automation, system integration, and cloud technologies.

Strong project management and change leadership skills.
- A strong interest in data management and analysis and a desire to effectively harness emerging technology opportunities.

Experience with Application Programming Interfaces (APT) development.
- Demonstrable knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy and compliance standards.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
