What Will You Be Doing

Review and analyze sales performance and turnover to ensure the inventory level in both warehouse/O2O shops at optimum level
Manage and monitor 3PL logistics service providers’ performance and related parties to ensure smooth operations & supply
Be innovative and improve the supply chain process as a whole by working closely with different parties, e.g., warehouse, suppliers, marketing, merchandising team etc.
Responsible for O2O cycle count arrangement
General / ad-hoc support to new project

Who is our Right Fit

Bachelor's Degree Holder, preferably major in Supply Chain / Business Operation / e-Commence or related disciplines.
1-2 years relevant experience in the field of supply chain, e-Commerce, business operation or retail industry is preferred. Fresh graduates will also be conisdered.
Detail-minded, proactive, independent with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Strong investigative sense, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Be able to think out of the box, and stay alert even when it comes to routine tasks
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant Inventory Management Specialist
