Inventory Management Specialist

What Will You Be Doing 

  • Review and analyze sales performance and turnover to ensure the inventory level in both warehouse/O2O shops at optimum level
  • Manage and monitor 3PL logistics service providers’ performance and related parties to ensure smooth operations & supply
  • Be innovative and improve the supply chain process as a whole by working closely with different parties, e.g., warehouse, suppliers, marketing, merchandising team etc.
  • Responsible for O2O cycle count arrangement
  • General / ad-hoc support to new project

Who is our Right Fit

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder, preferably major in Supply Chain / Business Operation / e-Commence or related disciplines.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in the field of supply chain, e-Commerce, business operation or retail industry is preferred. Fresh graduates will also be conisdered.
  • Detail-minded, proactive, independent with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong investigative sense, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Be able to think out of the box, and stay alert even when it comes to routine tasks
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant Inventory Management Specialist
