What You will be Doing

  • Outdoor work to banks, government departments, etc.; responsible for document delivery and distribution
  • Arrange Tea & coffee service for management / visitor
  • Responsible for daily office administrative work, such as document binding, scanning and photocopying
  • arranging office and conference room equipment, moving materials and simple maintenance of office objects, etc
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

 Who is our Right Fit

  • Form 3 or above
  • At least 2 – 3 years relevant working experience
  • Good communication skills, proactive with high sense of responsibility, hardworking and punctual
  • Fluent in Cantonese
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Immediate availability is preferred

  • 負責外勤工作: 如銀行入數, 送遞文件到政府部門等機構, 負責公司內部文件遞送和分發

要求:

  • 學歷要求 - 中三或以上
  • 2-3年相關工作經驗
  • 良好的溝通能力,積極主動,責任心強,勤奮守時
  • 流利粵語
  • 簡單基本英語知識
  • 可即時上班優先考慮
  • 為管理層 / 訪客安排茶水服務
  • 定期處理植物盆栽保養
  • 負責日常辦公室行政工作,如文件裝訂、掃描和複印
  • 安排辦公室和會議室設備等
  • 執行主管分配的其他工作
