What You will be Doing
- Outdoor work to banks, government departments, etc.; responsible for document delivery and distribution
- Arrange Tea & coffee service for management / visitor
- Responsible for daily office administrative work, such as document binding, scanning and photocopying
- arranging office and conference room equipment, moving materials and simple maintenance of office objects, etc
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Who is our Right Fit
- Form 3 or above
- At least 2 – 3 years relevant working experience
- Good communication skills, proactive with high sense of responsibility, hardworking and punctual
- Fluent in Cantonese
- Basic knowledge of English
- Immediate availability is preferred
工作內容:
- 負責外勤工作: 如銀行入數, 送遞文件到政府部門等機構, 負責公司內部文件遞送和分發
要求:
- 學歷要求 - 中三或以上
- 2-3年相關工作經驗
- 良好的溝通能力,積極主動,責任心強,勤奮守時
- 流利粵語
- 簡單基本英語知識
- 可即時上班優先考慮
- 為管理層 / 訪客安排茶水服務
- 定期處理植物盆栽保養
- 負責日常辦公室行政工作,如文件裝訂、掃描和複印
- 安排辦公室和會議室設備等
- 執行主管分配的其他工作
