E-Commerce Marketing Officer (Core Business) - Houseware

What You will be Doing

  • Develop and implement Ecommerce strategy and campaign to generate sales, driving traffic, conversion and meet the business goals & KPIs
  • Develop creative content for marketing collaterals such as eDMs, social media, and push notification
  • Liaise with potential collaboration for new partnership opportunities and engagement campaigns
  • Analyse customer data, consumer behaviours, market analysis and promotion activities and prepare plans for improvement
  • Oversee the daily operations of e-commerce platform and identify the improvement on UI/UX
  • Closely monitor the market trend and competitor information and make suggestions on product development  and marketing campaigns
  • Handle Ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
  • Work closely with in-house stakeholders, including sales team, design team, business intelligence team, IT team, etc. to achieve business and marketing KPI
  • Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior E-commerce marketing officer


Who Is Our Right Fit

  • Bachelor degree is a must, preferably in Marketing and Business Administration field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in marketing / ecommerce / digital advertising / digital acquisition. Agency background will be an advantage
  • Experience in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA360, and Tableau a plus but not a must
  • Creative and well-organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to excel in fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
  • A good team player,  proactive in driving results. Able to work multi-task and under pressure
  • Proficient in Chinese and English
