What you will be doing:

  • Overseeing the shop operations and provide support work duty for 3 to 5 stores 
  • Lead the shop team members in achieving sales target as assigned by the company 
  • Ensure smooth daily operation of stores, inventory, stock replenishment, pick-up orders and company policies/guidelines implemented in stores
  • Motivate store team members in providing excellent services to customers as well as educate customer to download and place order via APPS
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to management team in improving store operations and sales performance
  • Work closely with different internal departments and pursue timely and effective communication


Who is our Right Fit:

  • Tertiary education or equivalent. Non-university graduate with strong retail and operation management background will also be considered 
  • With over 5 years retail work experience in which 3 years in managerial level with similar role, preferably in retail industry
  • Customer-oriented, mature, results-oriented and able to work independently
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Willing to learn, accept new challenges and “Think out of the box” when facing difficulties
  • Good planning skill, organized with strong numerical sense and business acumen
  • Sensitive to the commercial market
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and sufficient level of English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Unit Manager
