What Will You Be Doing

Develop standard operation procedure and new operation flow to improve operating efficiency and complies with company policy
Liaise with training team to provide staff training for new joiner and supervisory level shop staff
Establish the service standard and guidelines for O2O shop staff
Perform audit checking to ensure compliance of procedure and policy
Optimize shop inventory and pickup quota based on sales figure, backyard area and CBM volume
Coordinate with internal departments and perform system UAT for the development and implementation of new systems and programs (eg. POS and HR system)
Provide human resource management, IT technical and administrative support for O2O shop and staff
Prepare various reports for budget control and expense analysis

Who is our Right Fit

Diploma or above in Business Management or equivalent
At least 1 year working experience in retail operation
Patient, detail-minded, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
Demonstrate positive and a can-do attitude
Proficient of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good command of MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
More experience will be considered as Senior Operation Officer
